The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) will hold the Update Conference on Export Controls and Policy on Tuesday, March 18 – Thursday, March 20, 2025.  This 37th annual conference will be offered in-person at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C.  It will include keynote speakers, plenary sessions, breakout sessions, round tables, and an Exhibit Hall.  BIS anticipates that the sessions topics will include plenary sessions with BIS leadership, key international representatives, regulatory updates, profiles of recent Export Enforcement investigations, compliance guidance on specific topics, and presentations from the Office of Information and Communications Technology and Services. A draft agenda for the 2025 Update Conference is forthcoming.

The cost for in-person attendance is $1,750 per person.
